We have classes for those aged from pre-school to teenagers, focusing on a mix of game-play and technical drills while learning to love the sport and have fun! Flipit Gymnastics

The FlipIt Gymnastics program is a comprehensive development program that focuses on the athlete’s strength, flexibility and coordination. Our program is designed to help gymnasts master fundamental gymnastics skills through organised and structured training activities while having fun at the same time!

The FlipIt Program is based on structured levels that continuously build on your child’s skills ability and confidence, catering for all athletes. Whether you are just beginning to learn the skills or have been doing cartwheels in your backyard for ages, FlipIt has a program for you. Classes start from 18 months of age through to school age!

Swish Basketball

The Swish program is based on structured levels that continuously build on your child’s skills, ability and confidence, catering for all players. Whether you are just learning the game or have been playing for your whole life, Swish has a program for you. Classes start from 5 years of age through to seasoned basketballers.

Goals of Swish Basketball:

  • Develop fundamentally skilled players
  • Increase the football knowledge of players and coaches
  • Help teach and develop life skills
  • Create pathways for aspiring players and coaches
